Biography
Adornment were a melodic death metal band from Vantaa, Finland. They formed in 1994 and recorded one demo, ...And Love Perished in the same year before disbanding.
Like some others in the early Finnish death metal scene (Coprophilia, Agonized, etc.), Adornment never released but one cult demo tape. Unlike their contemporaries, however, Adornment played a more melodic style of death metal. Vocalist Petri Eskelinen would soon go on to explore this sound more in the melodic death/doom band Rapture.
