Biography
With a voice that could break through dark clouds and put a smile on the faces of the grumpiest of people, Alex Roots reminds us all exactly what pop music should be about. A veritable Debbie Harry for the noughties, Alex combines punked-up pop brilliance with storming live shows and a magnetic charisma that will be setting stereos alight in the coming year. Look out for ‘Don’t Stop Looking’ and the darker, full-throttle fury of ‘Fake’.
