APONIA, which stands for freedom from pain in Greek, is an alternative rock band inspired by the growing pains and emotional turbulences we all face. Touching on such topics as teenage angst, failed relationships and broken families - "Aponia is nothing short of a cathartic experience. Their intensely personal lyrics enable the listener to feel the emotions while releasing the toxicity of them to promote the healing sensation we all crave."
Aponia is currently recording a new full-length album, currently titled, "Building Bridges and Painting Futures." Follow @aponiamusic for even more updates!
