Biography
Babies In Limbo is an Art Rock band from Providence, Rhode Island. Utilizing complex and often 'left of center' song composition the music thrives on subtlety and delicately moving sonic textures. Songs that are patient and rewarding, relying on the listener to open their mind and be willing to be taken to a place they might not be all too familiar with. Songs take on long structures with multiple themes, some reoccurring while others not. Crescendos that culminate to apocalyptic noise and passages of looming suspense are no stranger here. And neither are the beautifully epic but gentle passages of droning notes and carefully executed harmonies and melody. The music of Babies In Limbo is a harmonic balance between intellectual stimulation and brilliantly dignified lunacy.
