Biography
Billy Say is a Chicago/Brooklyn solo project of a former member of the Sea Monsters. Using electronic instruments almost exclusively and mostly outdated, lo-fi recording methods, he makes everything from ambient soundscapes to short pop songs. He is signed to Rack and Ruin records, a netlabel based in Amsterdam.
