Blind Yeo est un collectif psyché-expérimental en constante évolution, mené par le musicien britannique Will Greenham. Né pendant le confinement, le projet prend véritablement vie en 2022 lors d’une résidence artistique foisonnante au Cornish Bank — un espace culturel communautaire situé à Falmouth (Cornouailles), devenu l’épicentre d’une scène underground locale florissante.
La formation de Blind Yeo est volontairement mouvante, accueillant autour de Will une rotation de musiciens parmi lesquels : Henry Greenham, Sam Pert, Anoushka Helm, Jake Sheridan, Phil Self, Phyllida Bluemel et Dan Gilbert. Ensemble, ils développent un son libre, organique et en perpétuelle mutation, souvent décrit comme un véritable carnaval psychédélique à l’énergie débordante — notamment en live, où le groupe brille sur scène lors de festivals comme Great Estate, Tropical Pressure ou Christmas Humbug à Édimbourg.

La musique de Blind Yeo fusionne des éléments de psych rock, krautrock, folk expérimental, ambient et art rock, avec des textures riches, des structures libres et des performances souvent improvisées. Blind Yeo is a constantly evolving psyche-experimental collective, led by British musician Will Greenham. Born during the lockdown, the project really came to life in 2022 during an abundant artistic residency at the Cornish Bank - a community cultural space located in Falmouth (Cornouaille), which has become the epicenter of a flourishing local underground scene.
Blind Yeo's formation is deliberately moving, welcoming around Will a rotation of musicians including: Henry Greenham, Sam Pert, Anoushka Helm, Jake Sheridan, Phil Self, Phyllida Bluemel and Dan Gilbert. Together, they develop a free, organic and perpetually changing sound, often described as a real psychedelic carnival with overflowing energy - especially live, where the group shines on stage at festivals such as Great Estate, Tropical Pressure or Christmas Humbug in Edinburgh.
Blind Yeo's music fuses elements of psych rock, krautrock, experimental folk, ambient and art rock, with rich textures, free structures and often improvised performances. Their songs alternate between motorik rhythms, sheets of gliding synths and flying noises guitars.
