Biography
Wellington musician/composer Theo Corfiatis is the man behind Blue Xrysalis, with several other musicians contributing to particular tracks on his albums. Theo has lived in Wellington for most of his life. He sings and plays different instruments like guitar (electric and acoustic), mandolin, bass, keyboards and percussion.
He started learning piano at the age of 8, and got into his first rock band at 13, with some school friends at high school, and soon realised that music was a passion not a hobby. Most of the bands he formed or played in, played mostly covers, and he eventually realised he wanted to write his own music, so got a small studio going and has spent the last few years working on 2 albums.

Some of the songs have been released as singles and are already playing on radio staions over the internet such as Twincities radio USA, and getting lots of good feedback. The songs on the album offer a unique and sometimes funny view of lifes irony, and all the songs are about genuine experiences.
