Chakras drummer, Steve K., & guitarist, Bill M., both came from metal backgrounds. This is balanced by Bassist, Jeff C., Guitarist , Mark S., & Keyboardist / Cello, Trice S., who come from mainstream rock backgrounds. Andrea's vocal stylings fall somewhere in the middle. The music is dynamic, exhibiting a wealth of emotion, and running from orchestral nuance to brute force.
Chakras continues to write new material and evolve their ever changing sound. Their debut full-length CD is scheduled for release June '10.
