There are at least two artists called Chances Are:
1. An influential punk band from King City, CA. They existed from 1993-1999. They sounded like Dag Nasty, Minor Threat, and Fugazi. They played many shows in the Monterey County area and released one full album, and a few 7"'s.

2. A recording project from Gisborne, New Zealand featuring 3 of the 5 members of the band Trust Punks. They have release one album, Asleep At The Wheel Of Love (2024).
