In 1983, Krueger and producer Lorenz Westphal (known by the stage name Lonzo) developed an internationally competitive, professionally produced sound for Channel 5 in Hamburg, which incorporated mainstream rock and jazz as well as funk. In 1985, 80,000 copies of their debut album, *Colour of a Moment*, were sold. Following two tours of Germany featuring elaborate live shows, their second LP, *Painted Nights*, was released in 1986. Chris Adam had by then left the band and was replaced by Jan-Christof Scheibe. Shortly afterwards, the group split up.

The Krueger/Wilckens duo now run a production studio in Hamburg and produce songs for adverts. With the Magic Voices project, they entered the German singles and albums charts in 2000. Krochmann has a recording studio in Norderstedt and produces children’s radio plays, sometimes in collaboration with Blau, who works as a freelance artist in the fields of painting and photography. Scheibe has played with Michel van Dyke and Sissi Perlinger, amongst others.
