Biography
Both good friends and masters of the indie scene, Charlito and Mr. Phil share their extensive knowledge of independent comics (as well as a healthy does of laughs) in their long running podcast Indie Spinner Rack, which started in October 2005 and is over 140 awesome episodes strong.
Charlito and Mr. Phil are both graduates from the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art, and in addition to the podcast, have recently contributed to the indie scene by coordinating the indie anthology "Awesome", a 208-page black and white book with stories by some of the biggest names in independent comics, and is published by Evil Twin Comics. A portion of the sales of Awesome will be going to a scholarship program for the Center for Cartoon Studies in Vermont. A new anthology is set to be released in early 2009.
