Compulsed

Biography

Compulsed is a brutal death metal band hailing from South Jersey, USA, channeling the region's storied legacy of slamming extremity into a debut onslaught that fuses old-school savagery with technical precision and dissonant chaos. Formed in 2024 by seasoned veterans of the East Coast underground, Compulsed delivers a visceral assault rooted in the golden era of Unique Leader and Willowtip Records, evoking the guttural fury of Disgorge and Defeated Sanity while injecting progressive deathgrind twists that keep the brutality balanced and memorable. Their sound is a swift, unrelenting kick—fast, mean, and unapologetically heavy—celebrating New Jersey's brutal death heritage amid a crowded field.
