Biography
Die Walter Elf was a German Punkband from Kaiserslautern which was founded in 1983. The Name of the band refers to the so-called "Walter Elf", a nickname of 1. FC Kaiserslautern, a German football club.
The band belonged, together with the Spermbirds, to the Kaiserslautern punk rock scene. After their farewell concert (December 17 1991) at the arts center "Kammgarn" in Kaiserslautern they had several reunion gigs.
