Biography
To say Dobeson's Creek is a band would be quite misleading. Nay, listening to Dobeson's Creek is like peering into the schizophrenic mind. A raw, chaotic world of delusion, confusion, and unnatural noises. They're most likely considered occult in most Middle Eastern countries and would be lynched on sight.
Dobeson's Creek is a delicious experimental duo made up of Chris Cimmorelli, a folk musician, and the guy known as Conducting Sexual Congress, a bizzare musician. Their music and lyrics are almost completely improvised, giving their songs a spontaneous, raw feel. Their music is genuinely odd, with off-kilter acoustic guitars, clanging drums, guitar noises, to blenders and copiers. Their lyrics tend to deal with heavy topics such as religion, politics, and, of course, Abe Vigoda.

Their debut EP, "New Age Hymns", is currently available for purchase on their own DIY label, FadNauseam! Records. It was recording using mediocre PC microphones; giving a whacky, charming feel to the record, further added by purposely-awful production. Cimmorelli and Conner are currently hard at work conceptualizing ideas for the first ever Dobeson's Creek full length, as well as a 50 minute cover of a Bob Dylan classic, Desolation Row.
