Formed in 2007 by Pieter Montoulieu.
"Out from the sound processor of a mutated Nintendo Entertainment System comes Dr. Zilog, part machine, part transient thought. His esoteric frequency patterns and decibal rates enter the auditory canal fabricating the euphoric illusion of music."
I started Dr. Zilog back in 2007, messing around with riffs I had played on guitar and turning them into little chip melodies note by note. After finally overlaying all these different parts I finally created my first album, The Satellite of Love. Album after album I slowly learned the electronic music creation process and refined my sound. I used to exclusively use synth with drum programming but recently released an album with a complete guitar accompaniment titled Vulgar Fractions on 12/12/12.
I try to create tunes that any metalhead gamer could get into,
Hope you enjoy my music as much as I enjoy making it!
