Background and Formation
Evereal is an Alternative/Symphonic Metal band from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The band originally began as a studio project by guitarist and mastermind Stephen Roberts, who started writing music in 2011 that blended classic metal elements with symphonic and electronic influences. Roberts initially intended to release material from his former band Osiris, but realized his new style no longer fit. Instead, he recruited musicians to start a fresh project focused on melody, groove, and symphonic soundscapes. Among the early members was Gord Esau (bass), who has been part of Evereal since its inception.
