Biography
Gastek is the result of two dj, two producers, two programmers and two musicians, well, just two friends. Roberto Formisano and Francesco Cuomo,in 2002, started gastek just using a drum machine and two turntables… After 5 years of night clubbing and private remixes the guys make up their mind: it’s time for the big step, produce their own record. Melting electro and deep house with minimalistic noises, in a elegant powerful warm way, they’ve made their own sound.
All projects from gastek are mixed from Luca de Gregorio at noonstudios.com, the place where the In minimal record label release all tracks, and mastered by the best engineers from alchemy soho, the exchange and absolute mastering.
