Biography
J.H. White is a singer/songwriter based out of the mountains of Colorado. He began producing electronic music during the COVID-19 pandemic, and pivoted to a more acoustic sound as well as an interest in lyricism once he learned guitar in 2025. His music features themes of romance, insecurity and heartbreak that stem from personal experiences and many pop culture influences. He often references books, film and anime in his writing, including "K-Pop: Demon Hunters" on his collaboration with vocalist Rook called "Marks." While his sound mainly pulls from staples of folk and indie rock, he is constantly tinkering with new ways to express himself through creativity, like the hyperpop-driven single "crashout" off his upcoming album "PLATONIC." Some artists that have inspired White's sound over the years include James Marriott, Car Seat Headrest, Twenty One Pilots, Crywank and The Swell Season.
