Biography
Jack Kilmer, son of the late actor Val Kilmer and actress Joanne Whalley, first started releasing music under his name in 2014 with the release of T.M, a short guitar instrumental created for the movie Palo Alto (Gia Coppola, 2013) in which he starred as Teddy. In 2023, he released his first solo EP, Archaic Angelic. His music contains nods to the shoegaze and slowcore scene, inspired by bands such as Slowdive and Lovesliescrushing. He is also the frontman of bands such as Glimmer and Lou Salome, in which he plays alongside Leah Hennessey. In 2025, Lou Salome released the album 'just something you cared about in high school.' Their eclectic sound reveals their interest in the fundamentals of slow rock, and their image serves as an aesthetic pairing for their modern and inspired sound.
