Biography
Only a little bit of information exists about Jack Winston & The Hi-Jacks. They only recorded one single in 1958. They released a single through the Jay Wing label, a label based out of Stevenson, Md and it was owned by Jack Gale. The a-side It's Rock And Roll is mostly known and it has appeared on various compilations. "Shagin' And Dragin" is the b-side and only The Hi-Jacks (without Jack Winston) are credited. It appears on a various compilation entitled Rare Rockers From Small 1950's Labels, Vol. 5. Only 35 seconds of it exists on the internet through RCS.
