Biography
The third album by the pianist and composer Jaume Vilaseca at the head of a jazz group composed by some of the most important names of the Barcelona music scene, with the saxophonist Víctor de Diego, the bassist Dick Them and the drummer Ramón Díaz. The drummer and percussionist Roberto Faenzi completes in some songs the part of a group that has carried five songs, since the publication of Fotografies (Dindi Records 1999), situated in the first ranks of the rich and competitive Catalan jazz.
Aqui i Allà (Discmedi 2002) will consolidate Vilaseca's compositional line, defining a music without borders, Latin and Mediterranean, espais sonors converted into authentic landscapes with melodies and improvisations barring languages and dialogue with each other.

Benvinguts to the Mediterrani, to North Africa and to Andalusia, to the Caribbean, to Brazil...
