Biography
Joalin Loukamaa (born July 12, 2001) is a Finnish-Mexican singer, songwriter, dancer, and social media personality. She first rose to international fame as a member of the global pop group Now United, where she represented Finland and became known for her energetic performances, charismatic stage presence, and distinctive artistic style.
Born in Helsinki, Finland, to a Finnish father and a Mexican mother, Joalin spent much of her childhood between Finland and Mexico. Growing up in two cultures shaped both her personality and her artistic identity, allowing her to embrace a multicultural perspective that would later become a defining aspect of her career. From an early age, she developed a passion for dance, training in several styles and participating in competitions before being selected to join Now United.

In 2017, Joalin became one of the original members of Now United, the international pop group created by Simon Fuller. During her time with the group, she performed on multiple world tours, appeared in dozens of music videos, and contributed to numerous successful releases, including Na Na Na, Who Would Think That Love?, Come Together, Paraná, Habibi, Sunday Morning, and many other fan favorites. Her talent, confidence, and warm personality quickly earned her a dedicated international fanbase.
Following her departure from Now United, Joalin began focusing on her solo career, embracing greater creative freedom and exploring a more personal musical direction. Her music blends contemporary pop with electronic influences, Latin rhythms, and alternative sounds, reflecting both her multicultural background and her artistic evolution.
