Stepping out of the home-based studio and into the unpredictable and ever changing, "Music Biz", is Johnny Wizdom. A 25 year old Emcee out of Los Angeles, California. Currently residing in Burbank, Marco Herrera Jr. a.k.a. Johnny Wizdom is moving towards his goal of making his art pay, by working on his second mixtape as he prepares to release his first, entitled "The Business Card".
In 2010 Johnny Wizdom started his own Record Label, Team Brains Entertainment, and hopes to sway his David vs. Goliath odds in his favor by using what he has learned and the connections he has made in his 7 years as a musician/businessman. In late November, he released a song inspired by NBC's Community and one of its starlets in particular. The song is a "Pop-py" alter ego to his "Hip Hop" persona, but it seems to have struck a chord with other fans of the show and the muse of the track Ms. Alison Brie. The actress who plays Annie Edison on the hit Sit-Com went as far as to tweet about the song, causing thousand of fans to investigate and share in it's humor.

This was a small yet meaningful victory in Johnny Wizdom's still budding career. Although he didn't release any projects of his own, last year proved productive still for the west coast representative. He was featured on an R&B mixtape hosted by DJ Vlad, and another mixtape presented by DJ Gemstarr where he was featured alongside some Industry Heavyweights such as Jadakiss, Young Jeezy, Lloyd Banks and Eminem. 2011, if he has it his way, will be a hard earned notch under his belt, hoping to get his single to the masses via any which way possible. It will be on Itunes, Amazon MP3 and Rhapsody.
