Biography
A secretive and largely experimental artistic collective from Northern New York, JOHNTEGRITY IS THE BASTARD has recently gained a cult following with the advent of their newest release, the METALLICA EP. The group's sound is rooted in the frantic rhythm of acid-tinged progressive rock from the mid-1970's, but often shows a maturity and melodic sensibility seen in independent artists such as The Smiths and My Bloody Valentine. Always eager to keep their discerning audience on their toes, the collective has cast off any semblance of their previous sound for METALLICA, which is best described as a mix of pagan black metal and cool jazz.
