Katee Lee was born in 1992, year of the Monkey and is so fitting.
Between 8 to 13 she was involved in a lot with music theater and learned the importance of dramatic performance. Disney can do that to you! At 13, she began playing bass guitar and had a lot of amazing teachers along the way.
Her main teachers were, her brother Nick Lee, her dad Dennis Fox and her vocal coach and mentor, the late Haydain Neale of jacksoul, all of them such amazing and talented masters of their craft. After learning the bass and getting into a groove of it, she wanted to learn everything there was to learn about music. My next thing she challenged herself with was to learn guitar!
There are too many bands Katee admires , but she only uses the influence of how creative the bands are.. how they like to experiment with new things, that's great music, real music, music that flows out of you, there is no specific labeled sound. It is more eclectic.

Her biggest show was in front of 30,000 screaming music fans and partiers on New Years Eve 2009/2010 in Niagara Falls, opening for Glass Tiger and Styx. The show was broadcast live across the country and covered by ET Canada.
It was a sad day when Moeraes Fate announced that the band was not going to continue due to unavoidable family obligations. There was a huge outpouring of shock from their fans on the official Moeraes Fate MySpace and Facebook pages.
Katee Lee continues to do session work, both on stage and in the studio, and is a strong force in her band Karma Kreeeps!
