This led to them recording together, the basis of the album being two days of all-improvised music that they then edited and overdubbed onto, keeping the shape and vibe of the initial improvised pieces, but tidying them up and adding two additional musicians; Mark Lockheart (saxophone + bass clarinet) and Gwyn Jay Allen (voice).
The album, Numbers, will be released on Nov 24th 2008, with a digital release and CD pre-ordering available from Sept 23rd via Steve Lawson's website stevelawson.net
