Biography
Medja (yes just Medja, he doesn't have a name) is a Slovenian singer-songwriter and musician. Born and raised in the north-west of Slovenia, his music reflects his rural upbringing. Influenced by many artists, mainly Neutral Milk Hotel. He is currently writing and recording material for his first EP, which will be released in late fall 2008.
As of 2012 Medja is a lone rider. His band died in car crash, after publishing the autobiographical 'Forever Seventeen' album. Only Medja survived, with one leg. He now travels around the world and plays for poor African children in missionary churches. He has adopted a Nigerian named boy, Travis. He rejects payment for his concerts and survives by catching his own food. He specialises in small animals like dolphin. His nickname puts the 'butter' in the 'butterfly'. He has won the world butter eating championship twice. He was married seveteen times. All his wives have been brutally fed butter. He is currently single and is seeking for a female, that is guaranteed not to change hair color over night.
