Biography
Conceiving the bass as the "heartbeat" instrument, My Winter At Sea's approach is to allow fluid, restless bass lines to pulse along the bottom of a song, both grounding and nudging the other sounds. The results are intriguing and fascinating, applying idiosyncratic bass lines to completely new contexts as both lead and as ambience instrumentation.
