Biography
Songs about hope, inspiration, not giving up, staying strong, staying true, love, pretty much all the emotions we go through being human. Mystic Falls write songs we can all relate to, songs that will set a spark and light a fire inside which will burn for a lifetime.
Mystic Falls is comprised of just two creative individuals, Chad "Rocky" Bourgoyne and Walter Rushing. Both very passionate about music in every sense of the word, we have set out to make our mark, switch the scene and influence those that listen. We're hungry to get to the top but we are not starving so we are taking our time, doing everything to the highest standard. Confident in our abilities and talents, we write and produce to make the best songs possible. So far, it's been very easy for us creatively with over a dozen songs written. "Battle Cry", our debut single which was released May 1 2010 is just a taste, a snippet of what's to come. All tracks were written, produced and recorded at Chad's home studio (Beverly Garden) and then mixed at Festival Recording Studios by one of the best mixing/mastering engineers in the business: Rick Naiser. "Rick is just awesome. We couldn't imagine mixing without him. He is on top his game and understands where we're going with the music which is key."
