Old John Smokey is best described as a drifter. Wandering from town to town with his world-famous spoons, enchanting fans of all ages with his melodic blues. Old John's music has reached countless multitudes of people, everywhere but Cuba.

John's current career takes him all over the United States, playing mostly at county fairs and bluegrass festivals. Occasionally he can be spotted sitting outside his hotel room just playing his spoons.
