Biography
The essence of Overkligheten is the Swedish lyrics. These move between the everyday life and existentiell questions. The lyrics describe our reality with all its angst, joy, expectations and pain that belongs to it.
Overkligheten has been described as "acoustic guitar-based pop that moves around in a singer-songwriter land with a touch of indie" (Spökskivor Zine). Inspiration may also be heard from classic Swedish pop, contemporary Swedish indie pop, but also from contemporary anglo-saxian singer-songwriter.
