Biography
Paperplain is the alias of analogue-loving Helen Page. The delicately sweet and dreamy lo-fi folk single '11:30' was released as part of the Too Pure Singles Club and a video containing the track clocked up over a million views on Youtube.
'Helen has one of those voices that feels like she's singing to you personally, and she employs the eight-track to great effect. Her hushed tones and raw talent, hidden behind the hiss and clicks, results in endearingly honest music.' - Vinyl Junky
