Biography
Pelikan is a singer-songwriter, musician, composer. He tends to refer to himself simply as "an artist or an explorer somewhere among sounds, shapes and tastes".
Please note that the full stop in Pelikan's name (Pelikan.) is only for Last.fm purposes. When Pelikan was starting his profile on the web page, the name "Pelikan" had already been taken and therefore decided to use a full stop in order to distinguish himself from the other artist registered on Last.fm. So if you scrobble Pelikan's songs, don't forget to tag them correctly with the full stop (i.e. Pelikan.).

Pelikan sings, plays the piano and guitar. He tends to use electronic elements in his music and therefore refers to his music as being electro-acoustic. He has been influenced by classical music, jazz, trip-hop, techno, story-tellers and others. These elements come to life in his own works being transformed into a music language of his own. All his songs (so far) have been written and composed solely by Pelikan.
Pelikan still remains an unsigned artist.
There are numerous covers Pelikan has made so far. These again gained a different feeling having been changed by the approach Pelikan chose to take on them. None of them has been commercially released and have only been recorded during rehearsal sessions, performances or simply for YouTube.
Apart from music Pelikan likes to cooperate and collaborate on visual works such as photographs, paintings, installations and others.
