1. Procession is a Latvian old-school death metal/doom metal band from Cēsis, Latvia.
Originally formed in 1993, the band was highly active in the underground scene throughout the 1990s. Their raw, heavy sound was primarily driven by the songwriting of founding guitarist Gundars Vīksna (known as Zāģis). After disbanding at the end of the decade, the group remained inactive for over twenty years. Following the untimely passing of Vīksna, the surviving members reunited to preserve his musical legacy and finally record the tracks that had survived the passage of time.
Three decades after their initial formation, Procession released their debut studio album, This Side of the River, on August 12, 2023. The record gained widespread acclaim in the Baltic alternative community and won the Latvian Metal Music Award (Metālmūzikas gada balva) for Best Traditional Metal Album. The band followed up their acclaimed debut on October 6, 2026, with their second full-length album, Shadows Have Fiends, further cementing their signature melodic, melancholic death/doom sound.

2. Formed in 2006 by Felipe Plaza and Daniel Perez in Chile's cultural heart, the coastal city of Valparaiso, they follow the path of tradition, laid out by the masters BLACK SABBATH, CANDLEMASS and SAINT VITUS without mercy, without compromise.
Their songs are fully based in the ancient tradition of heavy metal, where just drums, bass, guitar and vocals are necessary to give such an impact full of melodies, demolishing riffs and epic lyrics of kingdoms destroyed, frustration, anguish, anger and despair.
Their 2008 demo-tape "Burn" (Kuravilu Recs, 200 copies – May 2008)was a first near-fatal blow, which showed already, what the band is capable of. The three anthems featured on the tape are manifests of true doom, in the vein of REVEREND BIZARRE and COUNT RAVEN - played with dedication and excellent musicianship. Ultra-heavy guitars, pounding drums and relentless riffing meet the passionate and powerful vocals of Felipe Plaza, reminding of a young Ozzy, Messiah Marcolin, Robert Lowe as well as Albert Witchfinder.
