Biography
Bio:
Pyres of Time is a heavy, progressive metal band founded in December of 2007. At first, it started out as a band named White Storm, with Dinko on the bass, Filip on lead guitar and backing vocals, and Vinko on drums. Dinko and Filip saw that it wasn't really working out, so they invite Ivan as a drummer and Josip on rhythm guitar, Mia and Marko on vocals and Ines as the keyboardist in order to start a band called Krater. After a few months, the girls leave the band for personal issues. The band has already had a few concerts up to date, and we plan many more ahead. The band started out playing cover songs, and he crowd liked that. However, this wasn't enough for the boys, so in the late August of 2008., the boys record a demo named "The Leader", which can be heard here on our MySpace profile. There is a lot of new material, and the band is planning on recording many more songs. We'd personally like to thank Ivan of Embrace the Night for his help in recording, studio engineering and support, as well as Luka for helping Filip write his lyrics. Soon Tomislav (keyboards), Stipa (drums) and Filip (tuba) joined the band. They started to record thier 1st demo album, but then Dinko and Marko left. Filip,Stipa,Tomislav and Filip (who started to play bass) decided to change their name into Pyres of Time. Meanwhile, Barbara (keyboards) and Leo (drums) joined the band replacing Tomislav and Stipa who weren't able to work with the band. Now, with flexible band lineup they recorded 4 singles and are going to record the last one for the first demo album.
