Biography
"Reply Memo" is a conceptual project created by singer/songwriter Allan Jamisen. His captivating songs provided the ideal vehicle for producers like John X Volaitis & Danny Saber (The Rolling Stones, Black Grape, Joe Strummer, Marilyn Manson, Garbage, and many more) to flex their vast cachet of musical & production skills. Other collaborations with 2005 Danish Melody Grand Prix winners 2AM Productions, former Mega Records (Ace of Base) executive Claes Cornelius, electronic musician Joachim Michaelis, and aspiring producer Olivier Zahm have resulted in several more superb tracks featured on a full length CD.
Reply Memo's sound can be described as a darker 21st Century Lee Hazelwood and Nancy Sinatra, Post-punk Leonard Cohen, with a dose of Pink Floyd and Lou Reed injected for maximum audio impact.
