Biography
Riot Team is an Indie Rock band from San Diego, United States. Their musics all made in a garage used for storage, and sleep, in a town that used to be a huge farming field, turned suburban, turned street. Pop and politics, films and photographs, school and work, diversity and weather all have molded the shape and sound of Riot Team, all of this wear the sun shines sunlight on the city.
Riot Team makes music that is not entirely enigmatic, but simple, bright, and able to please. Bright as in radiating or reflecting light, luminous, shining, intensely clear, vivid and glazed. That's the brightness they put in their sound. Simple as in humble, or not grand. Simple means plain and uncomplicated. All of this with a shout or two. The shout can be an explicit sense of tone used for reasoning and justification, and that's how Riot Team uses it.
