Rocío Dúrcal was the best singers in latinamerica, actress and singer, in 1977, while she was in Mexico, met the composer and singer Juan Gabriel and decides to risk recording a whole album with their success in the rhythm of ranchera, not knowing that could happen. But,without more publicity, this recording gets such high levels of sale, Durcal and Juan Gabriel considered the possibility of a new recording, as successful as the previous one until performing together 5 LPs, which marks the revitalization of the career like singer.Her collaboration with Juan Gabriel is disrupted by disagreements with the artist in 1997, the double album "Together Again" for the last time what they did together a record Durcal and Juan Gabriel, but that album was done by compromise with the record company and not so much desire of both artists to follow cooperating.Her birth and death both occurred in Madrid, Spain. in march 25 ,2006.
