Biography
ROLROLROL is a collaborative music project between Dutch producers Jameszoo (real name: Maxim Collin) and Niels Broos, blending electronic, pop, modern jazz, and French touch influences into a playful, genre-defying sound. Formed from their long-standing partnership—spanning contributions to Jameszoo's Brainfeeder albums and Broos's Alpha Pup EPs—the duo describes their work as a "gleeful and quaint celebration" of making music together. Their output evokes swirling sci-fi textures, toy-like melodies, and funky basslines, often layered with ambient introspection and vocoder vocals, reminiscent of arcade nostalgia mixed with thoughtful quietude.
