Biography
Romane, whose real name Patrick Leguidecoq, is a jazz guitarist born in Paris in 1959. He plays in a style reminiscent of Django Reinhardt. However, this has not prevented him from composing rich & personal songs.
His discography is also illustrated by a desire not to stay stuck in a style or theme, but to try to move forward, whether by choice of musicians, or instruments. He also varies band formations, the duo to sextet: examples of the group Django Vision and the Roman Acoustic Quartet. Many collaborations, from Florin Niculescu with Didier Lockwood, Tchavolo Schmitt, Angelo Debarre to Stochelo Rosenberg.

Il travaille également dans le domaine pédagogique, puisqu'il publie plusieurs méthodes de guitare, lance un journal ( French Guitare ) et fonde même une école de musique, l' ATLA . He also worked in the teaching field, it publishes several methods guitar, launching a journal (French Guitar), and even founded a music school, the ATLA.
His son, Richard Manetti, has also made a career playing jazz guitar and gypsy swing. They also tour regularly.
