Biography
Sardonic Witchery is an American black metal project formed in Texas in 2012 by multi-instrumentalist King Demogorgon, who handles vocals, instrumentation and songwriting. Rooted in the raw and aggressive traditions of underground black metal, the project embraces a deliberately uncompromising aesthetic shaped by blasphemy, Satanism, occultism and a rebellious devotion to extreme metal.
Musically, Sardonic Witchery combines raw black metal with thrash metal influences, drawing on savage riffs, driving rhythms, harsh vocals and an abrasive, unpolished sound. Its compositions balance black metal's sinister atmosphere with the directness and momentum of thrash, favoring ferocity, memorable riffs and underground authenticity over modern production or technical refinement.
