Biography
Formed in late summer of 2015, Scrap Delegates is the joint work of two Rochester, NY natives. An underground hip hop rooted producer named Atavistic, and a local Rochester musician creating under the name "Dry Boy" joined forces to create together and mix various small niches of underground music in which they were brought up in and the scenes that helped rekindle their friendship many times over.
After many life changes and moves around the state it is rumored the two still work together over the internet and will create again in 2019 when both members live in Rochester, NY once again.
