Biography
From Springfield Missouri. You might remember it as the torn Civil War state. Like a phoenix out of the ashes of other bands, Chad Coleman, Sean Curbo, and Joe Sturgis linked up in 2009 to start an instrumental group aimed at sounding original, awesome and at least somewhat less than expected. One year later, add Zac Swanson for an added spice, now you really got a stew going.
No two people have ever likened the band's sound to the same group twice. Influences are varied- Coheed & Cambria, At the Drive In, Radiohead, Fugazi, ...And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead, Do Make Say Think, David Bowie, Queens of the Stone Age, Tool, Primus, Tortoise, Boards of Canada, you know how these things go. Currently seeking to expand on a three track demo to record a full-length album.
