Biography
Southern Remedy are a four piece band that is here to make music that adds something to the ever growing Scottish music scene. Growing up while being obsessed with the likes of The Smiths, Brian Wilson, The Beatles, King Creosote, Belle and Sebastian and The Velvet Underground made us want to pick up guitars and get involved. Our music started in the bedroom as a simple collection of songs and has since ventured to various places, from Liverpool to Glasgow. The band are currently recording songs for their E.P. with The Sub Station in Rosyth and we hope it captures the vibrancy and optimism of our influences. The band has also found that their limited resources have provided them with a limitless imagination! The band also has a number of gigs lined up so make sure you catch Southern Remedy at one of them.
