Formed in Newcastle in late 2005, Styles Make Fights have become well known

on their home city’s live scene, making their mark with the raw energy of their

performances and their bank of punchy, guitar-driven pop songs. After honing their

live performances with regular self-promoted shows, the band released their self-

produced debut EP ‘While You Can, When You’re Young’ in November 2009. On the

back of recent support slots for the likes of Ted Leo & The Pharmacists, Tubelord

and the Automatic they release the follow up single ‘Rita & Betty’ as a free download

from their bandcamp site on Monday 26th July.
