Biography
Although the name of this act is sometimes spelled as Sugar 'N' Dandy, the most commonly used spelling here on Last.fm appears to be Sugar & Dandy, a Jamaican vocal 'duo' of the 1960s.
That is too say: it wasn't really a duo. When London, United Kingdom-based Carnival Records were seeking a Jamaican vocal duo, [artist}Dandy Livingstone (who was then recording under the name [artist}Dandy[/artist]) filled the requirement by double-tracking his own voice, releasing records in this fashion under the name Sugar & Dandy.
