Biography
There are at least five bands & one rapper named Syringe:
1) Chase Cauthen, formerly known as Syringe, is an experimental rapper/producer from Prince George's County, Maryland. Syringe would emerge in 2015, a dark, flamboyant and often nihilistic version of Cauthen, at the time, he had ended his work as MacXVII. Cauthen is often cited as a pioneer of the trap metal genre; a more extreme, distorted, industrial-sounding subgenre of modern trap. In June of 2017, following Cauthen's infamous 'Syringe is missing' incident, he would change his stage name to SYBYR.
