Biography

The Mik Maks are an Australian children's music group known for bringing a fun, country-rock edge to family entertainment. Formed in 2013 by the McInnes family, the lineup features brothers (and professional educators) Joel and Al, Joel’s daughter Ava, and their lovable mascot, Drums the Panda.

Drawing inspiration from their rural upbringing on a sheep farm and their backgrounds in teaching, the band creates catchy, purpose-driven songs designed to help young minds develop, learn, and grow. With billions of streams online, The Mik Maks have cultivated a massive global fanbase by delivering high-energy, interactive music that engages children through movement while providing a welcome, rock-influenced relief for parents
