Biography
V.O.L.V.O. was the earliest incarnation of the Dutch 'easy tune' duo that would later become Arling & Cameron. The letters V.O.L.V.O. stand for, in Dutch, 'Vereniging Onder Leiding van Onszelf'. This "collective that didn't really exist" was established by Richard Cameron following his relocation from Groningen to Amsterdam. In Amsterdam, he got acquainted with Gerry Arling. V.O.L.V.O. had more collaborators, but their only official single Airbag (1994) was a production by Arling and Cameron.
