Biography
Zea is the solo moniker of Dutch underground musician, Arnold de Boer (1974), who is the lead singer in the legendary underground band The Ex and is originally from the town of Makkum in the Dutch province of Fryslân.
Hallelujah Makkum is a traditional Dutch marching band from Makkum. Established in 1894, this traditional Dutch drumband is not known for its studio output, but gained some unexpected prominence when De Boer recorded an album with them entitled In lichem fol beloften (2025), which is formally credited to Zea & Drumband Hallelujah Makkum (but may also be scrobbled as a Zea album).
